The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMI (including its affiliates) and its officers, directors, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GMI, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses
We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Your continued use after modifications constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which GMI is organized (or as otherwise agreed). Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in which GMI’s principal location resides.
